Voucher Terms & Conditions

Congratulations on winning 30% off your next 2-night stay at The Three Boutique Hotel. Please fill in the contact form on the page with the dates of your stay and we'll confirm if we have a room available and we'll let you know what the total amount for your stay will be.

A couple of House Rules:

Stay dates are between 1 and 15 December 2016 and 11 - 31 January 2017. No vouchers will be processed outside these periods.
If we have a room available, we'll happily process your booking, if not, you can book for a date we do have availability.
Standard inclusions and exclusions apply.
The voucher applies for room rates only and does not apply for single occupancy.
Standard rooms are included only.
Errors and omissions are excluded from claiming the voucher.
The voucher is valid for one room only and cannot be multiplied.

All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.

Children are welcome at The Three Boutique Hotel subject to availability of child-friendly rooms and equipment.

Please note that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.

The Three Boutique Hotel reserves the right to admit any guest/s and furthermore retains the right to remove, any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/or staff.

50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is to be paid when checking in

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
• Cancellation 29 - 15 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee is charged
• Cancellation 14 - 1 day(s) prior to arrival - 80% cancellation fee is charged
• No show - 100% cancellation fee is charged
